Reservations cancelled more than 72 hours prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 72 hours or less prior to arrival--$20 fee plus the cost of one night's stay including tax, cleaning fee and any other inclusive surcharges. A $20 change fee applies once reservation is confirmed. No shows will be charged in full.
